• The exhibition will strictly allow only those associated with the ‘Gem & Jewelry’ industry.
• Entry will be restricted for those below the age of 14 years.
• More than 5 members of the same company are not allowed to visit the exhibition.
• Incomplete forms or applications without the relevant documents will be rejected.
• Upon completion of the registration form, it will be sent for evaluation to our team who reserves the right to approve or reject the form.
• On approval, you’ll be sent visitor’s badges via email or Whatsapp.
• SDA reserves the right to admit any visitor at its discretion even if visitor’s badges have been issued.
• SDA reserves the right to temporarily suspend entry into the exhibition for any security reasons that the organizers may deem fit, if necessary.

• પ્રદર્શનમાં માત્ર ‘જેમ એન્ડ જ્વેલરી’ ઉદ્યોગ સાથે સંકળાયેલા લોકો જ પ્રવેશ લઇ શકશે.

• ૧૪ વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના લોકો માટે પ્રવેશ નિષેધ રહેશે.
• એક જ કંપનીના 5 થી વધુ સભ્યો પ્રદર્શનની મુલાકાત લઇ શકશે નહી.
• સંબંધિત દસ્તાવેજો વિના અધૂરા ફોર્મ અથવા અરજીઓ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી.
• રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ પૂર્ણ થયા પછી, અમારી ટીમ દ્વારા તેનું મૂલ્યાંકન કરવામાં આવશે, અમારી ટીમ ફોર્મને મંજૂર અથવા નામંજૂર કરવાનો અધિકાર રાખે છે.
• મંજૂરી મળવા પર, તમને ઈમેલ અથવા વ્હોટસએપ દ્વારા મુલાકાતીઓના પાસ મોકલી આપવામાં આવશે.
• SDA કોઈપણ મુલાકાતીને તેની વિવેકબુદ્ધિથી પ્રવેશ આપવાનો અધિકાર અનામત રાખે છે તથા મુલાકાતીઓના પાસ જારી કરવામાં આવ્યા હોવા છતાં પ્રવેશ મેળવતા રોકી શકે છે.
• SDA પાસે કોઈપણ સુરક્ષાનાં કારણોસર પ્રદર્શનમાં આવનાર મુલાકાતીઓના પ્રવેશને અસ્થાયી રૂપે આયોજકોને યોગ્ય લાગે તો સ્થગિત કરવાનો અધિકાર રાખે છે. I Agree
